The Velvet56 lens was probably my favorite lens to shoot with. It was very good for macro shooting.

My settings were nearly the same the whole time I was shooting since the lighting is mostly consistent throughout the school. My shutter speed stayed at exactly 1/125 the whole time.

I didn't run into too many pitfalls, just finding variety in what I was shooting. The school is a bad place to shoot because there isn't much to look at so I did struggle a little with that.

The process of shooting was the easiest part. I really just walked around until I saw something with texture and took a shot of it. This process got me pretty decent shots.

Overall I think this shoot was a success, looking at the pictures I got I'm pretty happy with them. I would shoot with this lens again for sure.
